Best Lent Ever Goodies!
So I have a confession.
I still haven't taken down our Jesse Tree Cards or our Christmas Cards.
I know, I know! I was going to eventually pack up the Jesse Tree Cards. And I planned to steal our friend's idea of putting the Christmas cards in a basket to choose each night and pray for our friends throughout the year. But after taking the other decorations down and simplifying the rest of the house, I wanted to stare at my little clothesline of happy faces and beautiful prayer cards just a tad bit longer.
But not to worry; Blessed is She to the rescue--again--with Stations of the Cross cards for Lent!
Yes, for real. This Lent, besides the amazing journal, there are beautiful, all-new Stations of the Cross cards! They're hand-painted by the incredible Erica Tighe with beautiful reflections on the back. So now I can safely take down my Jesse Tree Cards, knowing they will be replaced by more beauty, AND that we'll get to benefit as a family from a beautiful new Lenten Friday tradition. I can't wait to pray my way through these cards.
Taking off my sales pitch hat for a second: I'm so looking forward to the Lent journal because I genuinely loved the Advent journal. It was the most incredible journal and prayer companion -- a game-changer for me, spiritually and mentally. Clearly Elizabeth Foss, author of the journal, is on the Holy Spirit's best friend list because it was chock full of simple but incredible, soul-stirring prompts that helped me so clearly recognize my spiritual wants and needs, and as a result led me to the well of God's love in a way that brought such fulfilling spiritual peace and healing. I'm honestly having trouble articulating what an huge impact it had on me, but it was amazing.
So I thank the Lord above that Elizabeth has written another amazing journal for us, this time for Lent. Word on the street is that it's even more amazing than her last, though I'm not sure how that could be possible. I'm so eager to dive into all the new riches that the Holy Spirit has given her to share with us during such an important season of renewal. The title of the journal, and accordingly the theme for this Lent, is "Put on Love," which is just so powerful and beautiful. I wish I could send it to everyone.
Now, for the rest of the goodies: in addition to the Stations of the Cross Cards and the renowned Journal, there's a beautiful gold foil print designed by Erica Tighe, a mug, and a tote bag! I've included affiliate links below, which means if you purchase after clicking on the link, I will receive a small percentage. I'm hoping to use any proceeds I receive to purchase an extra journal to donate to a Blessed is She sister who could especially use one this year. So thank you in advance if you help support this cause!
Or you can just head to the website, select "shop" from the menu, and peruse your heart out!
All products are pre-order, which means you can buy them now at a bit of a discount, and they will ship to you in time for Lent.
And as usual, they tend to sell out quickly (even though the BIS team continues to project and order higher and higher numbers of these products!) so if you'd like one, snag yours now.
All proceeds go directly toward supporting the Blessed is She ministry in our mission to bring free, relevant & relatable daily devotionals to women all over the world.
